Downspout Drain is done From a 12 inch inside diameter heavy PVC, filled with 3/4 decorative rock and topped with decorative black obsidian. The efforts of Ray and Scott got this job done. The idea came from the setup for downspouts when we lived on the coast, and it worked well in rainy Kitsap County, so the expectation is for this to work well here too.
