Meet With Guy
Let’s Talk About Your Website
Sometimes the fastest way to solve a website problem is to talk about it face to face.
Schedule an online conversation with Guy R. Cook to discuss your website, WordPress setup, SEO, content strategy, usability, online marketing, or another digital challenge. Test Your Computer Before Our Meeting
1. Use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
2. Click the button below.
3. Allow Whereby to access your camera and microphone.
4. Check that you can see yourself and that the correct microphone and speakers are selected.
5. When everything is working, you are ready for your meeting.
Whether you have a specific problem or simply want another experienced set of eyes on your website, this conversation is a practical place to start.
What Can We Talk About?
Your meeting can focus on the issue that matters most to you.
- Website homepage improvements
- WordPress questions
- Gutenberg block editing
- Website navigation
- Search engine optimization
- Content planning
- Blog strategy
- Landing pages
- Calls to action
- Website usability
- Mobile-friendly design
- Visitor engagement
- Website bounce rate
- Social media content strategy

- General website troubleshooting
You do not need to know exactly what is wrong before requesting a meeting. Sometimes identifying the problem is the first part of the conversation.
Bring Your Website
If you already have a website, include its address when requesting your meeting.
That gives me an opportunity to understand what you are working with before we talk.
During the meeting, we can look at your website together and discuss what is working, what may be confusing visitors, and which improvements could make the biggest difference.
How the Meeting Works
1. Request a meeting
Complete the short form below and tell me what you would like to discuss.
2. We select a time
I will respond with meeting details and confirm a time that works.
3. You receive your private meeting link
Your meeting will take place online using Whereby.
4. Click the link at meeting time
You can join from a computer using your web browser.
5. We meet face to face
We can talk about your questions, review your website, and share screens when useful.
No Complicated Meeting Setup
You should not need to become a video-conferencing expert just to have a conversation.
At meeting time, open the link provided in your confirmation message, allow your browser to use your camera and microphone, enter your name, and join the meeting.
The goal is to spend our time discussing your website rather than configuring meeting software.
Request Your Meeting
Please provide a little information about what you would like to discuss.
What Happens Next?
After you submit your request, I will review your message and respond by email.
Once we agree on a meeting time, you will receive your private Whereby meeting link and simple instructions for joining.
Please do not share your meeting link publicly.
Before Our Conversation
You may find it helpful to have the following available:
- Your website open in another browser tab
- Questions you want answered
- Examples of pages that concern you
- Your WordPress dashboard if we need to review something together
- Any analytics or search information you want to discuss
- A notebook or document for taking notes
You do not need to prepare a formal presentation. Bring the questions that matter to you.
Not Sure What to Ask?
That is fine.
What would you improve first on my website?
That question alone can lead to a useful conversation about your homepage, navigation, content, mobile experience, search visibility, calls to action, and visitor engagement.
Ready to Talk?
If your website could be clearer, easier to use, easier to find, or more effective at turning visitors into customers, subscribers, or contacts, a conversation is a good place to begin.
